Who Can Use Bromho

- Mental health providers must have valid credentials to claim provider status
- Companies and organizations must be legally registered entities
- All users must agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy
- One account per person - multiple accounts are not permitted
Community Guidelines
- Treat all community members with respect and compassion
- Share personal experiences to support others, not to diagnose or prescribe
- Respect the anonymity choices of other users
- Report any content that may indicate someone is in crisis
- Support peer members without judgment or stigma
Acceptable Use
- Sharing personal wellness experiences and seeking peer support
- Connecting with mental health providers and wellness organizations
- Participating in community forums and discussions
- Promoting mental wellness products, services, or resources (with approval)
- Building professional networks within the mental wellness space
Prohibited Conduct
- Harassment, bullying, or threatening behavior toward any user
- Sharing false or misleading health information
- Impersonating mental health professionals without valid credentials
- Posting content that glorifies self-harm or suicide
- Sharing other users' personal information without consent
- Spam, advertising, or commercial solicitation without approval
- Attempting to bypass platform safety features
Safety Commitments
- We follow WHO guidelines for responsible mental health communication
- Crisis resources are always visible and accessible on the platform
- Content moderators review flagged content within 24 hours
- Accounts posting harmful content may be suspended immediately
- We cooperate with authorities when users are in immediate danger
Important Disclaimers
- Bromho is not a substitute for professional mental health treatment
- Peer support shared on the platform should not be considered medical advice
- Provider profiles are self-reported; verify credentials independently
- We are not responsible for content posted by users
- Use crisis resources or call emergency services if you are in immediate danger
Intellectual Property
- You retain ownership of content you create on Bromho
- By posting, you grant Bromho a license to display your content
- The Bromho name, logo, and platform design are our intellectual property
- Do not copy or reproduce platform features without permission
- Report any copyright infringement to our legal team
